Microwave Oven: Place Catalina Tamales on a microwave safe dish and puncture with a fork 2 to 3 times to vent. Set power to high and set times for one and a half minutes.
If cooking all four Catalina Tamales at the same time, set timer for five and one half minutes . After removing from Microwave, cut along one side, empty onto plate and serve as main dish or as a side dish to your favorite foods.
