Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350°F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina Croquettes. Fry the croquettes for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature must reach 165°F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
Note: Product should be kept frozen until ready to cook. Heat oil to correct temp. All cooking times are approximate.
